The first five reasons to stop smoking, are:
* Health - you are already suffering from the harmful effects of smoking? Possibly, the members of your family are affected by secondary smoke, to bronchitis, asthma and other health problems.

Please write your answers to sure that you really thought to be smoke free.
Checklist
You must make sure that you are 100% ready for the non-smokers. The reason why you are not without smoke in the past was probably due to the fact that part of you (on a subconscious) wanted to continue to smoke. See Am I ready to be free of smoke?.
You must ensure that:
